Dr. Lipo+ PPC solution is the powerful complex that provides fast and long-lasting results. It is a direct lipolytic and acts on the adipocyte cell by destroying it. After the injection of the solution, the adipocyte cell (fat cell) dissolves and turns into a liquid emulsion. It is excreted in a natural way.
Treatment areas include armpit, forearm, hips, back, waist, abdomen, fibrous cellulite, inner and outer thighs, buttocks.

I used this to address these isolated areas (as well as a few general areas) & results have been much better than expected. It takes a little bit, but patience & lots of water & a bit of walking etc, & results are quite nice. I'd definitely recommend this product as well as Derma Solutions to order from.
