Shipment
Derma Solution aims to provide the smoothest experience in terms of getting your product after purchasing. Every business day (not on weekends), we send deliveries to many long-term partners and new customers, while doing our utmost to ensure our clients satisfied and continue working with us.
The process of delivery can be divided into 2 stages:
- Processing the order, which involves verification of payment, checking the order and preparing ordered products for the shipping. This stage can take from 24 hours (if the product is at our warehouse) up to 3 days (if the product gets from the manufacturer).
- International delivery varies from country to country. We work with well-known courier service FedEx and UPS, so the time frame for this stage is 4-7 business days.
Before placing an order, it is absolutely necessary to check the rules and regulations of the customs service of your country. If your package was suspended at the border, please, get in touch with your local customs office to pay the tax and get your package.
- We do not ship to PO BOX, FPO, APO, DPO and military addresses.
- Shipping fee does not include any custom tax, import duties and other fees related to the purchased products. Import policies vary across countries, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
- Orders placed on Friday after 16:00 (Korea standard time) and on weekends will be processed and shipped starting from the following Monday.
- Shipping is not available on weekends and official public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed and shipped starting from the next business day.
