Return & Refund Policy
Overview
At Derma Solution, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the products you receive, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience remains pleasant.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Products shipped back to us more than 30 days after the delivery date are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
Request a Return
- Contact our customer service team at sales@derma-solution.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions, including a return authorization.
- Once approved, securely package the item, including all original components and packaging.
- All received gifts must be included in the return package. If any gifts are missing, the value of those items will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Authorization
Our Customer Service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Returns: A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only a partial refund may be issued if the item is not returned in its original condition, is missing parts, if any included gifts are missing, or if there is damage to the packaging. (This includes situations where the packaging is crumpled or damaged, or if the sticker on the packaging is torn or otherwise altered and etc.)
- Non-Refundable Returns: If the item is returned in a used, damaged, or unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sales@derma-solution.com within 7 days of receiving the order and follow the return instructions provided. Any requests for exchanges received after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the order. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged or defective item, and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Any requests for reporting damaged/defective items received after 7 days from the delivery date will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
