    Neo-cain cream is fantastic and is perfect for topical anesthesia for procedures such as Lipo Lab and other PPC injectables. With this cream, only deep tissue injections and cannulation need to be numbed with a lidocaine injection. I lay a warm moist towel over the area to be treated for a few minutes prior to applying the Neo-cain cream to facilitate faster absorption, and after about 5 minutes it can be wiped off and the area cleansed and prepped for the procedure.
